The optimum solution for sharp knives.
Suitable for use with water or oil.
Alternatively you can moisten the whetstone with oil.
Once you have decided to use oil, however, you must no longer moisten it with water.
Please take utmost care when sharpening your knives to prevent injuries.

Whetstone

Use the coarse side for presharpening and to remove small nicks. Use the finer side of the stone for the final polishing of the edge.
The finer the stone the smoother and sharper the edge.
