Honing Steel for exceptional honing of your knives. Even high-quality knives. such as those made by WÜSTHOF gradually dull with use. To maintain their sharpness, it's important to use a honing steel regularly. Simply run both sides of the knife over the honing steel a few times to keep the blade sharp. For particularly blunt knives, we recommend using a Diamond Steel or a Ceramic Steel to restore their sharpness.
