Returns FAQs
We do accept returns that meet the following conditions:
The item must have been purchased through our own Wusthof.com online store
The item must be unused and in retail packaging
The return or exchange request is made within 45 days of the order being shipped
You have 45 days from the date your order is shipped to start your return.
To begin your return, click on the link above or visit returns.wusthof.com. When prompted, enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the return process. Choose the items you would like to return and the reason for return. Once all the steps are complete, you will receive an email confirmation.
Yes! You will receive a prepaid USPS shipping label to print and use for your return.
Returns are confirmed within 10 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
Once you move through the returns steps online, if eligible, you will be issued a temporary Instant Refund Voucher, which we've funded for you. The Instant Refund will be equal to the value of your return and gives you the flexibility to place a new order right away while your return is in transit to our warehouse. Once your return is processed, we will refund you the difference if you’ve purchased a new item using your Instant Refund Voucher. Exchanges do not qualify for Instant Refund Vouchers.
If you wish to receive a full refund, do not use the Instant Refund Voucher provided. If the voucher remains unused, the code will automatically deactivate when your return is processed. A refund will be sent to your original payment method for the balance due to you.
