You have 45 days from the date your order is shipped to start your return.

Begin your return by entering your order number and the email, shipping zip code, or phone number associated with your order in the form above. Choose the items you would like to return and the reason for return. Once all the steps are complete, you will receive an email confirmation.

Yes! You will receive a prepaid shipping label to print and use for your return.

Yes, you can choose to receive a refund to the original payment method, refund to a digital gift card, or exchange your item for something different. If you choose to exchange, your replacement item will not be shipped until the original item purchased is received, checked, and approved by our team.

Returns are confirmed within 10 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is checked and accepted, the reimbursement or credit will be issued within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.
