Easy Cilantro Lime Crema

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 lime

  • 1 cup of sour cream

  • 2 tbsp cilantro, finely diced


  1. Start by mincing the cloves of garlic and adding it to a mixing bowl.

  2. Zest the lime and add to the garlic.

  3. Stir in the sour cream.

  4. Squeeze the juice from the lime into the bowl and add the finely diced cilantro.

  5. Stir well and chill prior to serving, it’s that easy!

Drizzle this Cilantro Lime Crema on tacos, enchiladas, salads, use as a dip... the delicious possibilities are endless!
