Easy Cilantro Lime Crema
Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 lime
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 tbsp cilantro, finely diced
Directions

Start by mincing the cloves of garlic and adding it to a mixing bowl.

Zest the lime and add to the garlic.

Stir in the sour cream.

Squeeze the juice from the lime into the bowl and add the finely diced cilantro.

Stir well and chill prior to serving, it’s that easy!
